Cooking with gin: salmon spaghetti with creamy tomato gin sauce
You need the following ingredients for 6 portions:
400 g smoked salmon
600 g spaghetti
200 ml nginious! Smoked & Salted Gin
1 cup Crème Fraîche
salt and pepper
How it works:
Cut the smoked salmon into cubes and cook the spaghetti al dente.
For the sauce, dice the onion very finely, cut the tomatoes into cubes and fry both in oil. After a few minutes, add the gin and let it boil down a little before the Creme Fraiche is removed. Season with salt, pepper and chili.
Add the finished spaghetti and the diced smoked salmon to the sauce and let it simmer for a few minutes. Then arrange on plate and garnish with parmesan as desired. Enjoy your meal!
