The Steps

  • Chill a Champagne glass.

  • Put all ingredients in a shaker except the espuma and shake.

  • Strain the drink in the chilled glass without ice.

  • Now gently put the espuma on the drink. 

  • Decorate with a mint leave.

  • Enjoy!

The Ingredients

  • 5cl nginous! Swiss Blended Gin

  • 2.5cl lime juice

  • 2cl home made Ricola Syrup

  • Espuma


ESPUMA:

300ml frehs lime juice, 200ml simple syrup, 100ml egg white, 10 mint leaves.

Put all ingredients in a bag and place it in the freezer for 3-4 hours. Then fill them in a siphon. Use 2 iSi capsules and put it in the fridge. 


RICOLA SYRUP:

100g Ricola Bonbons (original!), 250ml orange juice, 125ml water, 125ml sugar.

Cook and stir until everything is dissolved.
